3. Safety & Care

4. Orders, Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of self-care products, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability

All products are handmade with love and are intended to support wellbeing and relaxation, not to replace medical advice or treatment.
Sapphic Self accepts no liability for injury, illness, or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
We carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
