Shipping Policy

At Sapphic Self, every order is packed with love and care. Here’s how we handle shipping:


📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are handmade and packed by us.
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch. (We’ll always try to be quicker, but this gives us wiggle room.)
  • During busy times (like launches or markets), processing may take a little longer.

✨ Delivery Methods

  • We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked for most parcels, with rates based on parcel size (small/medium).
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

💌 Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail 48 usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays (especially around holidays).

🌍 International Orders

  • At the moment, we only ship within the UK. (We hope to expand in the future — watch this space!)

🚫 Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once parcels are handed to Royal Mail, delivery is out of our control.
  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK), please contact us. We’ll do our best to help track it down or arrange a replacement where appropriate.

📬 Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
  • We can’t refund or replace parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

💔 Damaged Orders

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
