Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your order, but here’s what to know:

• Personal care products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.
• Damaged or incorrect orders: If your items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: If the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days at your own shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once the item is received.
• Custom/made-to-order items: Non-refundable unless faulty.
• Processing time: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
