FAQ
Familiarly Asked Questions
Because even witches like a little clarity…
🪄 Are your products safe to use?
Yes! All of our creations are crafted for topical use only — made to love your skin, not your stomach. Please don’t ingest them. Always check ingredients for allergies, and patch test if you’re unsure.
🌿 Are your products vegan?
Many are, but not all — some balms and bars use beeswax or honey. Each product page clearly lists ingredients so you know exactly what you’re getting.
✨ Do you do custom spells or blends?
Sometimes! If you’d like something bespoke (a special spell, a gift bundle, or a scent that feels just right), send us an email. We can’t promise every request, but we love working magic with you when we can.
💔 My order arrived damaged — what now?
Oh no! Email us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll replace or refund as quickly as possible.
🔮 How fast do you ship?
We handmake, pack, and post everything ourselves. Orders usually ship within 3–5 working days, and then travel via Royal Mail 48 Tracked (about 2–3 working days more). You’ll get a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — right now we only ship within the UK. But we’re working on ways to spread the magic further afield.
🌸 Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Our bundles and seasonal boxes often come dressed up and ready to gift. For single products, drop us a note at checkout and we’ll see what magic we can weave.
🕯️ What if I have really sensitive skin?
Check the ingredients list carefully, and patch test before diving in. We try to keep everything gentle, but every body is unique. If you’re ever unsure, send us a message — we’ll happily recommend the softest options.
🌙 Do you have a shop I can visit?
We don’t have a physical shop (yet!) — but you can find us online, at local markets, and sometimes hosting cosy workshops. Keep an eye on our socials for updates.
💌 How do I contact you?
Email us at 📧 sapphicself@outlook.com or use the contact form on our site. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can (usually within a couple of days, unless we’re stirring the cauldron at a market).
