Fire at the Cauldron

Tiger Magic is born from patient work at the cauldron (our bain-marie), where we slow-steep a powerhouse infusion of mint, rosemary, eucalyptus, cloves, ginger, sage, and peppercorns. While commercial rubs often give a sharp, short-lived “zing,” our balm is designed for a slow burn. It offers a deeper, more consistent relief that stays with you, honouring the body’s need for sustained care rather than a quick fix.

The Ritual: From Shadow to Light

This is a ritual of reclamation for those whose bodies carry the weight of “old wounds,” chronic pain, or intense labour. It is designed to help you rise out of the shadow of discomfort and back into your own skin.

Apply the fiery orange balm to your shoulders, lower back, or any aching muscles. As you feel the camphor and menthol begin their cooling-then-warming dance, visualize the tension leaving your body like smoke. Speak these words to release the weight:

“Old wounds, old fears, I now set free.

From shadow to light, I rise and reclaim.

The fire within now belongs to me,

I honour my body and whisper its name.”

The Magic (Why it works)

• The “Fire” Infusion: A complex slow-steep of ginger, cloves, and peppercorns to encourage blood flow and warmth, alongside rosemary and sage for their herbal strength.

• The Cooling Dance (Menthol & Camphor): These provide the initial “ice” that distracts the pain receptors, followed by the deep, soothing warmth of the spices.

• Respiratory Support: The high concentration of eucalyptus and mint makes this an excellent chest rub for when you’re feeling “heavy” or congested.

• Signature Base: The shea butter and beeswax base ensures the active essential oils don’t evaporate instantly, allowing them to penetrate and work for longer.
